As a Branch Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring excellent client and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruitment consultants to drive performance
2. Develop strong relationships with schools, education professionals, and key stakeholders
3. Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and securing long-term partnerships
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
5. Leverage marketing, technology, and personal branding to enhance recruitment success
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within education or a similar sector
2. A track record of business development and client management
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
4. A commercial mindset with a passion for growth and results
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
