E&P Programme Manager North/East Permanent £100-£110K Car Bens Start ASAP Are you a capable Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager? In this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping the electrification strategy of a large Tier 1 Contractor, overseeing projects from conception to completion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Although a technical role and you are required to be an Engineer this role is far more business focused and your ability to manage people, stakeholders and budgets of £20-30 million is pivotal to the role. You will be expected to handle the following Provide visionary leadership for electrification projects, ensuring they are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our electrification offering. Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. You will have Proven experience in programme management, preferably within the infrastructure or electrification sectors. Familiarity with electrification systems, power distribution, and infrastructure development, including an understanding of relevant technologies and best practices. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering projects within a framework environment. Previous experience working for a tier one contracting organisation Who are you? A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering, civil engineering, project management, or a related discipline. In-depth knowledge of electrification systems, power distribution, and related infrastructure, including familiarity with electrical codes and standards. Experience working in OLE infrastructure delivering E&P schemes. Experience working in 11kv or 33kv substations. Proven experience in Senior project management, especially in overseeing electrification projects from initiation to completion. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
