Contract/Mobilisation Director - Contract Catering – Up to £80k - Kent
Due to company growth my client is looking for an energetic, financially astute, and driven Contract Director to oversee this multifaceted contract with elements of high-end dining along with some retail/commercial aspects.
About the role:
The role is to mobilise and develop and lead a large and diverse team, overseeing large-scale, high-end catering. A strong financial understanding and proven KPI focused target achievement is needed to succeed in the role.
There is a focus on team development and training those around you, so you must have experience in this area. It is imperative that you have experience with communicating and delivering in a client facing role.
This role would suit a senior GM or a candidate with senior account level experience within B&I or Independent schools, who is looking to develop their skillset and bring a fresh approach. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the Contract Catering but will also understand this role is about more than a catering offering, an ability to go above a beyond with the client will be required.
It is worth noting that flexibility will be required however the Contract Directors role will largely be Monday-Friday. Someone who leads from the front will be very successful in this role and with the direction of this company you will have some great opportunities to advance your career.
Ideal Contract/Mobilisation Director:
* Previous experience in a senior Contract Catering role within in a fast paced environment.
* An established leader.
* Exceptional client relationship management skills.
* Excellent financial understanding and business growth.
* Proven history of achieving and surpassing strict KPI's.
* Experience training and developing those around you.
