We currently have a great opportunity for a Service Desk Team Leader to join our IT team in a newly created role.
The role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong service desk/support background, preferably in a senior or Team Leader capacity. Experience within the social housing sector would be great but is not essential.
