Prospero Teaching are seeking to appoint a nurturing and dynamic Nursery Manager into one of our early childhood education centres. The successful candidate must be dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for young children. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the team and ensure the highest standards of care and education.
As a Nursery Manager, you will:
1. Provide leadership and management to the nursery staff.
2. Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
3. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
5. Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.
6. Foster positive relationships with parents, children, and the community.
7. Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance and implement improvement plans.
8. Support the professional development of nursery staff.
About you:
1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/ Primary/EYFS PGCE or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early childhood setting.
3. Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
5. Ability to inspire and motivate staff and create a positive team environment.
6. Commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

Full time/part-time - Full Time
Hours - Standard working hours 8.00am-3.30pm (times may vary).
Essential Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education/ Primary/EYFS PGCE or a related field - ESSENTIAL
2. Experience within a similar role - ESSENTIAL

* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide references upon request
* Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
