The role
The firm is seeking to hire a Leasehold Enfranchisement Senior Associate / Partner to join the firm's brand-new West End, London office.
You will deal with a broad palette of work, which will make for an interesting caseload, this will include but not be limited to; working with landlords and tenants, advising on claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (as amended) and the Leasehold Reform Act 1967, to advise on the right of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, to advise on the Right to Manage under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, lease variations and licenses to alter.
Requirements
* You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
* You should have first-class communication skills
* Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience
