We're looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our growing team.
As a Digital Account/Delivery Manager, you have the responsibility to manage client accounts, and ensure they are receiving a first class service.
A Digital Account Manager Will:
1. Want to be part of a high performing team
2. Manage relationships with clients
3. Be a key point of contact for clients
4. Build rapport and credibility with key people
5. Resolve issues and remove barriers to success
6. Follow the AYKO delivery process to ensure standards are kept consistent across all accounts
7. Ensure retainers are managed to protect profitability and change control is in place to manage scope
8. Produce and distribute status reports to clients weekly
9. Produce and follow a communication plan with clients
10. Work across a range of internal departments to assist in proactively identifying opportunities to cross sell services and grow client spend
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Minimum of 2 years agency experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Proven ability to build internal and external relationships with key people
4. Proven ability to be part of an effective team
5. Confidence in managing customer expectations
6. The ability to engage in and manage negotiations, project issues, risks and opportunities
7. Experience in conflict resolution
8. Process orientated with a pragmatic approach
9. A good understanding of website platforms and working knowledge of customer management systems
10. Confidence in understanding your role, defending scope whilst seeing and developing opportunities for cross-sell and upsell of services
11. Must be comfortable working towards defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

3. Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
4. Understanding of infrastructure and software development lifecycles
5. Strong skills in people management, process organisation
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team
8. Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised documentation
9. Strong listening and questioning skills
10. Understanding of eCommerce and entry level marketing understanding
11. Magento & Shopify experience
