Skills & Qualifications:
Essential
* Track record in successful project delivery and in managing project and/or service delivery documentation (Action and RAID logs, governance documents, performance and progress reporting etc.)
* Proven ability to drive project/service assurance tasks, risk management and compliance activity
* Strong customer service focus
* Experience of collaborating effectively with technical and as well as non-technical individuals
* Able to take responsibility for self-contained tasks or initiatives, working independently or collaboratively as required
* Experience in service design and implementation of service processes
* Strong skills in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications, plus excellent writing, editing skills
* Existing skills or and interest to acquire knowledge of reporting and data visualisation tools, Power BI
* Able to assess risks and make decisions while working under pressure and time constraints, while remaining aware of data protection and commercial confidentiality requirements
Desirable
* CISSP or other industry recognized cybersecurity-related certification, or knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and technologies
* Project Management and/or ITIL qualifications
* Proficiency in using data analysis and visualisation tools
* Familiar with ticket and client management leveraging CRM Solutions
Responsibilities:
* Drive the delivery of day to day changes and activities throughout the supplier eco-system
* Create & maintain service operating documentation
* Develop key insights and metrics from service data to build meaningful reports demonstrating security operations and governance performance; take responsibility for the production of regular service reports based on a range of inputs, prepare other client reporting as needed
* Develop relationships and communicate with customer representatives to foster a constructive and collaborative way of working; deliver customer facing security operations & governance reports and contribute to quarterly business reviews
* Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service; take responsibility for designing and implementing continual service improvement initiatives
