MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely with areas sales managers, internal project management, estimating, and finance teams, throughout the duration of projects from tender enquiry to final account. Estimating – Build & produce detailed quotations from construction drawings. Working with clients and internal sales teams to achieve strict deadlines. Contract and risk management – Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks on projects. Cost management – Monitor and manage project costs, track resource and expenditure. Valuation and billing – Prepare and submit interim applications for payment / invoices in line with the conditions of contract. Negotiate remeasurable works and final accounts with visits to site as required. Legal and compliance – Ensure all contractual and legal obligations are met, including compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements. Client and stakeholder communication – Effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, colleagues, and management to address financial concerns and provide updates on project financial status. Attend pre-let, progress, and other site meetings as required. Systems Management – Manage commercial and project-specific applications as required, such as Procore, 4Projects, WebContractor, and others. The person: Strong communication and numerical skills.
