Location: London/Hybrid Model currently 2 days a week in office
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £30,000 per annum – pro rated if part time
Contract: 12 months
This role is an ideal opportunity for an innovative and driven individual who has the ambition to succeed and progress as a professional in an IT or technology-related field. This role will best suit a practically minded individual looking to join an innovative team. The successful candidate will enjoy managing the hands-on application of IT and technological systems in an operational environment.
Traveling to Care Home sites and supporting with the configuration and use of smartphones and tablet devices, and IT hardware including laptops and desktops.
Assisting with the administration for central Apple and Samsung accounts that govern security on the devices in the Care Homes
Assist the Project Manager with the retirement of Windows 10 across the business
Assisting the project manager with ICT contracts and consolidation of accounts and services
Liaising with the external IT provider to support the Care Home and central Head Office with IT issues
Assist with training end users on IT systems
Creating guidelines to support end users with the correct and efficient use of systems
Staying updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technology
Other technology support related duties as required by the business
