Customer Service Representative Role
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling calls and correspondence from customers regarding their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers over the phone and via email
* Handle complex customer queries and concerns with empathy and respect
* Work closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
