The Opportunity We're seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Peterborough, UK. In this pivotal role, you'll drive and improve our Quality Management System while providing critical assurance to our Senior Management Team during an exciting period of growth. Key Responsibilities Lead internal audits of our ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Management Systems Manage and participate in third-party, customer, and supplier audits Drive our Non-Conformance Process, handling customer complaints, internal quality issues, and supplier quality management Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction through quality improvements Support and develop our supply chain quality initiatives Lead containment, root cause analysis, and investigation activities Maintain documentation system integrity for ISO management systems Provide QMS training and communication across the business Drive continuous improvement of our quality systems Deputise for the Quality Manager when required What You'll Bring Strong background in engineering or quality assurance Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 management systems Lead or Internal Auditor qualifications (ISO 9001 essential, ISO 14001/45001 desirable) Experience with quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, control plans, and SPC Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset Experience working in a manufacturing environment Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills Why Join Us?
