They are now seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background and network in the Web3, blockchain, and crypto markets. This is an exciting hunter-style sales role where you will be responsible for driving new business and building lasting relationships with key clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and managing accounts that require high-performance bare metal servers for their Web3 and blockchain projects.

Responsibilities:
* Actively hunt for new business opportunities in the Web3, blockchain, and crypto sectors.
* Leverage your industry connections to open doors and build strategic partnerships.
* Manage client relationships, from initial onboarding through ongoing support, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
* Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events (e.g., TOKEN2049) to generate leads and expand the client’s reach.
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
Skills/Must have:
* Extensive sales experience, particularly within Web3, blockchain, crypto, or related technology markets.
* Strong network within the industry, with the ability to cultivate key business relationships.
* Proven ability to succeed in a hunter-style sales role, securing and growing new business.
* Expertise in managing customer accounts and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
* Able to navigate fast-paced and evolving technology landscapes.
Salary:
* Base salary of €120,000 ($120,000 depending on location).
* Commission structure: 5-10% of all revenue generated.
* Expected total package around $200,000 ($200,000)
