Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm What you'll do: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of 70 drivers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Oversee the efficient operation of over 40 vehicles, ensuring seamless national haulage services. Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring adherence to our high standards. Guarantee full compliance with all transport regulations and legislation. Drive cost efficiency through strategic planning and effective resource management. Collaborate with other network sites to optimise service delivery and support business growth. Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Cultivate a team culture that prioritises safety, commitment, and customer satisfaction.
