Job Title : Information Security Consultancy Manager
Location : Peterborough, Cambs, UK - Hybrid

Reporting to the Head of Information Security, you will be responsible for the effective management of a small team of consultants and the development of Information Security services to ABF Business Units (BUs). Information Security Services development is engagement-focused and is customer facing to align strategies and plans and to deliver fit for purpose security services across a range of FMCG organisations globally.
As the team continue to be seen as experts in their field offering the best solutions for its internal customers, it is an exciting time to join them as they continue to innovate, grow and deliver high quality security solutions to a number of existing and new BU's across ABF group.
What you'll be doing :
1. Engaging and advising BU’s senior security stakeholders, providing them with relevant advice and guidance, demonstrating how Information and Cyber Security services add value to their business.
2. Ensuring the team adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset, with the ability to be open to new ideas and develop new ways of working.
3. Innovating and continuously improving existing security products/services as well as development of new products/services.
4. Producing technical standards, best practices and delivering security function briefings to BU’s, Corporate Centre and BTS teams
5. Developing of skills and knowledge within the team and into the wider security teams
6. Develop a comprehensive BU profile and leverage Threat Intelligence to refine Security Risk Management techniques and Cyber Security improvements
7. Scaling the team to accommodate business growth
What you'll bring :
8. Extensive knowledge of IT and OT technical environments with experience of advising on relevant security controls covering people, processes and technology within large complex organisations.
9. Expert understanding of information security standards and best practice including ISO 27001:2013 and the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
10. The ability to understand and operate across multiple security models strategies and plans (e.g. ISO, CIS, etc.).
11. Knowledge of current and emerging security trends and benefits.
12. Ability to present and articulate technically complex work clearly to stakeholders in a variety of formats to different technical levels and audience types.
13. Self-motivated, self-disciplined, used to acting on own initiative and taking ownership.
14. Adept at working collaboratively, contributing to shared goals in a engaging, constructive and motivational manner.
15. Demonstrable leadership and project management skills.
16. Maintaining and developing relationships with BU security teams and the wider BTS teams
17. Excellent customer engagement and service values
18. Demonstrable understanding of the benefits of collaboration and alignment, able to leverage the scale and capabilities of ABF group.

Location
Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park with regular travel to attend stakeholder meetings in London and other locations.
