Right Now Group are currently looking for a Forklift Operator for our leading Logistic client based in the Feltham area. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, with a view for this role to lead into a permanent role for the right person!
Hourly rate: £13.00 /hour
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Shifts: 4 on 4 off
Nights 19:00 - 05:00
Location: Feltham
Duties and responsibilities of a Forklift Operator:
* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Operate X-ray equipment.
* Assisting with deliveries of goods and supplies.
* Loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift.
* Ensure all freight is handled and processed efficiently.
* Picking and packing orders.
* Follow all health and safety regulations.
* General warehouse duties.
The successful candidate:
* Will hold a valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
* X-ray experience is preferable but not essential.
* Minimum 1 year experience as a forklift operator
* Experience using WHS systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* 5-year employment history reference checks.
* Basic DBS clearance.
* Able to travel to Feltham.
