Part time Sales Administrator

£26K pro rata circa 20 hours a week 4 days a week, 9/930-3 and flexible on days.
Attention all Sales Administrators! Are you looking for a part-time role with flexible hours? Our client is seeking a dynamic and organised Part-time Sales Administrator to join their team in Greenhithe, Kent.
As the Team Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and estimating department. You will act as a key point of contact for colleagues and clients, ensuring all communication is efficient and professional. Your outstanding organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks will be instrumental in meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain effective communication with team members and clients via telephone, email, and Microsoft Teams
2. Coordinate meetings between the sales team and other departments
3. Arrange client meetings and provide support for client entertainment activities
4. Accurately process enquiries, downloading and storing information
5. Respond to requests for information from clients
6. Raise orders and send acknowledgement letters
7. Input data into internal systems and spreadsheets relating to new orders
8. Assist with general administration tasks, including scanning, filing, and processing expenses
9. Support CRM and sales/forecasting reports
10. Assist with client surveys and process feedback
11. Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
12. Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
13. Create agendas and take minutes during meetings
Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
3. Ability to confidently liaise with individuals at all levels of the business and external clients
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
5. Confident, empathetic, calm, and unflappable when speaking to clients
6. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Requirements:
1. GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above)
2. Familiarity within the Construction Industry is preferred but not essential
3. Experience with Salesforce, Eque2, Sage, and Constructionline is preferred but not essential
