Cover Supervisor
Location: Oxford
Daily Rate of Pay: £95 - £110 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Cover Supervisor's to join our dedicated team to support our client Secondary Schools across the Oxford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the education sector or those who are passionate about supporting students in their learning journey. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and engage with the work set.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with the lesson.
* Support students with their learning by providing guidance and assistance as needed.
* Ensure that classroom behavior is managed effectively, following school policies and procedures.
* Communicate with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and other school personnel to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment to foster students’ academic progress.
* Report any issues or incidents to the relevant staff as required.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage classroom behavior effectively. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
