Job Description
3. Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
4. Provide information regarding remortgage applications
5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
6. Liaising with institutional lenders, borrowers and legal firms in relation to Remortgage applications.
7. Answer all queries within service levels.
8. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed customer service goals.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer service experience.
10. Participate in regular training and development sessions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
