Advanced Customer Assistant – Advanced Customer Service Advisor
Location – St Pancras Station
Pay – competitive hourly rate plus excellent benefits (4am-6am get an additional 20% premium for the unsociable hours)
Shift Pattern - 5 days out of 7 between the hours of 3am-11pm
Contract– 35 hours per week, permanent, full time.
Advanced Customer Service Advisors have a very exciting role to play in our stores, building rapport with our customers, providing them with an enjoyable journey, sharing your knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for our luxurious products.
Your responsibilities will be to:
1. Support the Customer Service Leader in inspiring the team and acting as a role model
2. Deliver an individualised world class service experience for every customer
3. Maximise sales opportunities using world class service skills and knowledge of products and promotions
4. Open & close, run the store, deliver briefings to team in absence of the customer service leader
5. Demonstrate positive personal behaviours and a can-do attitude
6. Work independently or as part of a team to achieve operational standards across the store
