About The Role

We are looking for someone to join a busy Support Team as a Customer Support Coordinator to take responsibility for supporting existing communications customers.
Please note this role is office-based in West Bromwich.

* An understanding of Microsoft Office products and is IT literate.

* Demonstrated capability to resolve problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner.
* Ability to think outside the box should the situation require it.
What would I be doing as a Customer Support Coordinator?
* Managing a selection of customer orders simultaneously, maintaining contact with customer with all updates.
* Raising orders with suppliers and co-ordinating delivery.
* Ordering stock, checking kit, and allocating against jobs.
* Taking inbound calls from customers, suppliers, and third-party engineers regarding orders.
* Responding to inbound customer emails on a daily basis that come in and delegating appropriately to the correct team.
* Working with all other departments including sales and accounts as appropriate.
* Support the pending cease/off-boarding process as required.
* Supporting the technical team with 1st line checks for overflow.
