Hyde is looking to recruit an Administrator.

As an Administrator at Hyde, you will be working within the Property Maintenance team to assist in optimising supplier relationships, tracking material usage, and ensuring the efficient management of purchasing functions to meet cost and quality targets. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, alternating between early shifts (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and late shifts (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
Responsibilities
Ensure best value in material supply chain relationships by securing competitive prices.
Act as the main point of contact for supplier communications regarding materials and services.
Monitor purchasing trends and expenses, escalating risks or opportunities for improved service delivery.
Support the team leader in maintaining accurate material stock codes and inventory lists.
Resolve invoice queries and perform statement reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage documentation and correspondence related to suppliers and materials.
Skills and Experience Required
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
