In this role, you can expect to support, optimise and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients as part of a broader team. Successful team members in this role will demonstrate the ability to proactively learn new skills, communicate well with team members, and support the team’s media efforts with clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing all aspects of search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns including client relationship management, ad-serving, optimisation, and quarterly business planning.
2. Understanding and explaining high-level industry trends and how this impacts clients.
3. Aligning our goals with client goals, prioritising opportunities to drive sustainable value over short-term gains.
4. Building trust and creating valuable experiences for clients by understanding their needs, often in a space where we are redefining and creating service categories.
5. Supporting sales team with pre-sales proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts.
6. Developing and growing relationships with stakeholders on the client-side, such as Google partners, intermediary agencies, client-side executives, and daily contacts, to understand business needs and add long-term value.
7. Scaling learnings from clients and products to internal teams and across the media organisation.
8. Confidently presenting to stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to C-suite executives.
9. Contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
About You
The essentials:
* 1-3 years of online advertising experience at a publisher, agency, trading desk, technology company, or end-advertiser.
* Experience with platforms such as Google Marketing Platforms (DV360, CM360, SA360), Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or Amazon.
* Data analysis skills, including familiarity with Excel functions like v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.
* Strong analytical and consulting skills, with the ability to derive and communicate insights from multiple data points.
