Are you a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Our inclusive primary school in Birmingham, B6, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team and make a meaningful impact across Key Stages 1 and 2. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping SEN students achieve their full potential.
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2.
- Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to address the unique needs of each pupil.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring all children feel supported and valued.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to monitor pupil progress and adjust support strategies as needed.
- A proactive, compassionate individual with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience in an SEN setting.
- Someone adaptable, patient, and resilient, committed to providing consistent and caring support.
- A team player who collaborates effectively with teachers, parents, and pupils to create an engaging learning experience.
