The position reports to the EUR HSE Training and Communication Coordinator. Successful?Position holders?are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, self-sufficient with meeting deadlines, and work well in teams.?? This internship will allow you to have a general understanding of the SLB business in Europe and immerse yourself in the day-to-day life of an HSE professional working with teams in 19 different countries. Responsibilities and Duties: - Working with different EUR Countries and location to identify and define process improvements in terms of Injury Prevention, Driving and contractor management. - Working with day-to-day HSE data using internal HSE standard and systems to extract and provide key information to team members and management.? - Assisting in visualizing the key HSE data and driving actions to improve business targets?. - Supporting cross-functional business units including Supply chain and HR in the onboarding process for the HSE critical suppliers and contractors. - Adhering to and promoting Schlumberger HSE Standards and procedures.? - Undertaking activities to support compliance with health and safety reporting requirement. - Assisting with administration of HSE records. Essential Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or master's in an Engineering discipline, Business Management or Occupational Health. - A qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (optional), minimum standard of NEBOSH General Certificate is a plus. - You are fluent in English and possess strong IT skills.? - MS Office Suite, Excel, Visual Basic. Preferred Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and confidently. - Be able to choose and initiate action. - Be eager to deliver results and meet demands. - Remain positive during pressures, setbacks, and fast-paced environments. - Keen to learn, motivated to take on new challenges and have a good analytical skill.
