Client Support Analyst – London. Four days in the client's London (St Paul's location) office is required. Miller Maxwell is working with a global real-time electronic brokerage seeking to hire experienced Client Support Analyst for the European client support team. The successful Technical Client Support Analyst will be part of a fast-paced Financial services organisation that will provide exposure to high-performance systems, front-office business users and scope to grow within an innovative business with a global reach. The successful Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for the technical and functional support in the following areas:
You the successful Client Support Analyst will:
* Resolving client's platform issues.
* Resolve client trading and technical issues via telephone, email and chat.
* Resolve trading-related issues for clients where required.
* Provide account management for tier 1 clients – This includes blue-chip financial services business.
* Work closely with different departments across the business with constant interaction with business analysts, project managers, and software engineering teams.
You the successful Client Support Analyst will have:
* A degree in a STEM-related subject.
* At least two years experience.
* Experience within financial services business, customer, or technical support position.
* Experience working within a customer-focused environment support software.
* Experience of the ticketing platform Zendesk - Essential.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with customers via email and telephone.
