Pro1 recruitment are currently looking for Telemarketing Executive for our well established client in the Shirley area, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis. Duties and responsibilities: Working on behalf of our clients Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments, generate leads, update company information, complete telephone surveys on behalf of clients with their customers. Progression Prospects: The progression route for those interested would be to work towards the role of a Senior Telemarketing Executive and then a Team Leader, both offering different pay structures Skills and experience: experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls. Able to achieve a dial target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign) Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Excellent spoken English and a good clear telephone voice Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Self-motivated Work well within a team and as an individual Live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull Regular awards and incentives.
