Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales activities in their allocated region, whilst collaborating with colleagues to promote excellent team performance.
You are hardworking and determined and draw upon previous experience to expertly negotiate and close sales with current and new trade partners. You communicate a passion for the company and product and are confident devising effective strategies to support and grow partners within your region.
You are a natural people person, able to quickly build trusting and lasting relationships with others; your ability to understand partners' needs, and to deliver upon them, drives growth.
You are organised in your work, confidently balancing multiple responsibilities without compromising on the quality of service offered. Familiarity within the industry is preferred, allowing you to share your expertise with others through the provision of training sessions, and respond to queries. Previous experience within this type of role or similar is required.
