My client is a global exhibition provider who is looking for a skilled Operations Manager. You will manage the end-to-end delivery of international exhibitions, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding customer experience. This role involves working closely with internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee event logistics, including site visits, technical elements, and floor plan design.
2. Prepare, manage, and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiencies.
3. Develop and implement risk assessments, safety plans, and emergency procedures.
4. Build strong relationships with suppliers and venues.
5. Conduct post-event evaluations and implement strategies for future improvement.
About You:
1. Proven background in managing international conferences or exhibitions.
2. Strong knowledge of operational processes, supplier management, and health & safety standards.
3. Proactive and customer-focused with a keen eye for detail.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Collaborative, efficient, and results-driven.
