Our client is in the process of identifying their 2nd site in New York, with a wider plan to launch attractions in the top 5 global cities over the next 5 years. About the Role
As a key driver of revenue, you will:
* Design and sell private hire event packages for corporate and private clients.
* Develop and promote ticketed events, such as magic shows, sensory sessions, and adult-only evenings.
* Spearhead educational sales by expanding school partnerships and creating tailored programs.
* Manage client relationships, operational processes, and partnerships with vendors to ensure exceptional event delivery.
* Leverage data and CRM tools to optimize sales strategies, track performance, and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a sales and events calendar that drives engagement and opens new revenue streams.
* Generate and convert leads through targeted campaigns and proactive outreach.
* Build strong partnerships with schools, corporates, and event platforms to maximize bookings.
* Ensure financial targets are met by managing event budgets, profitability, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of venue/event sales and event management experience.
* Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Klaviyo, or similar) and data analysis.
* A passion for the arts and entertainment sectors with a keen eye for detail and organization.
