This role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Counselling, or for individuals with experience supporting children or vulnerable adults. You'll gain hands-on experience with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and developmental trauma, preparing you for future roles in psychology, therapy, education, or criminal justice. Key Responsibilities: Support students' social, emotional, and academic growth through personalised strategies. Collaborate with the class teacher to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Implement therapeutic practices alongside trained psychologists and therapists. Foster trusting relationships to help students regulate emotions and build resilience. Adapt your approach to meet individual student needs effectively.This position offers invaluable frontline experience in working with young people with significant needs. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, gaining insight into restorative and therapeutic approaches to education. Requirements: A Level 3 qualification or higher (a Degree is highly desirable). Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (personal or professional).
