HR Shared Service Administrator (Temporary) – Grade 1 Hours - 37.5 hours Working pattern - Full Time Salary - £23,412 Duration : 6 Months Location - Together Trust Charity, School Hill Cheadle
The Role. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR shared service team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR processes and keen to support the smooth running of our people-related operations and provide effective administrative support to all departments across the Trust.
Key responsibilities include but are not exhaustive.
* Provide general HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, preparing documents and managing HR databases
* Create letters, contracts for new employees and revision of employment
* Ensure relevant information is provided to payroll by the stated deadlines in line with new starters, leavers and salary amendments
* Ensure relevant communications to stakeholders
* Ensure the DBS check and right to work checks are done in timely manner
* Respond to HR queries from employees, offering guidance on policies and procedures
What you will need to succeed.
* GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent including Maths and English)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organisation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook), a competent user of excel
* Able to maintain confidentiality in accordance with data protection
* Experience of working in HR – desirable
* Enthusiastic and has a want to develop in role
