A suitable candidate will possess a keen ability to convey intricate data insights clearly and establish solid relationships with stakeholders, promoting teamwork to enhance data-driven decision-making. This person will be responsible for project data management, recognising its crucial influence on business operations. One of the primary duties will be acting as the primary Point of Contact for data inquiries and requests concerning new product launch projects. This includes handling data creation and processing change requests from the business. Responsibilities will also involve the creation and upkeep of Material Masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), products, and related data across various business systems. The Data team collaborates extensively with various departments across the organization worldwide, including Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and Quality. Key Job Responsibilities: Oversee the lifecycle of Product Data for various projects, ensuring high data quality for the organization by adhering to a systematic, step-by-step approach. Generate Data reports to conduct quality assessments and create dashboards that provide valuable business insights. Create and maintain Material Masters and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Offer assistance to the business in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Actively participate in system enhancement projects by providing requirements and design feedback. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify system modifications. Support the setup and updating of product pricing Manage vendor creation and update requests from the business. Conduct compliance checks to ensure thorough due diligence, which includes reviewing Terms and Conditions (T&Cs), contact and banking information, and VAT numbers. Identify opportunities for improvement in Data and business processes. Create or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity in processes.
