We are looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team and support our growth by ensuring seamless, efficient processes across all stages of our sales workflow.
About The Role:
As a Sales Administrator within Unique Fire and Security, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and helping streamline our client interactions. Your primary focus will be on coordinating communication between clients, surveyors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders and quotations. This involves managing incoming client inquiries, assisting with small works quotations, preparing proposals based on surveyor feedback, and obtaining supplier pricing. You’ll be central to creating a smooth sales experience for clients, contributing to relationship-building efforts and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with an interest in the fire and security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicating with existing and prospective clients by phone and email
* Managing incoming customer orders and inquiries
* Assisting in preparing and processing small works quotations
* Supporting the sales team by preparing proposals based on surveyor notes and customer requirements
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain accurate pricing
* Ensuring customer data is accurately maintained in our CRM software
Requirements:
* Proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
* Experience in the Fire and Security industry (preferred)
* Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in design software and CRM systems
* Problem-solving mindset with excellent customer service orientation

Pay: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
