STUDENT SERVICES RECEPTIONIST AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
30 hours a week, 38 weeks per year
Salary: £22,275 pro rata (actual £15,386 per annum)
Location: Newcastle
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to take on this role within Student Services.
Reporting directly to the Head of Student Services you will be responsible for giving advice and guidance to students on matters relating to finance and non-academic support needs.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To provide administrative support to the Student Services Team.
2. To act as the initial point of contact for all enquiries from students and parents.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Has a good standard of education qualified and be willing to undertake any relevant professional development.
* Has previous experience of working in a varied administrative and secretarial role with outstanding organisational skills.
* Has a confident manner and able to communicate effectively at all levels showing professionalism to visitors and guests.
