Our Engineering roles are critical positions that allow you to apply your technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to improve processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives. As a Reliability engineer, you will be expected to complete the following. Improve safety and food safety as well as reduce TRS breakdown losses, maintenance cost, and technician time losses through analysis of reliability data and delivery of reliability improvement projects. Develop and implement an aligned maintenance strategy and roadmap for the value stream, including MSE PM pillar requirements and predictive maintenance methodologies. Identify & lead reliability improvement workstreams to reduce breakdowns delivered through maintenance technicians and 3rd party vendors as required. Analyse reliability data to provide periodic reports of the impact of maintenance strategy updates & reliability improvements on factory performance Leader of the Site Asset Health Check process ensuring all equipment onsite is captured and regional requirements are complied with in order to reduce Q&FS, safety and legal risk as well as eliminating obsolete equipment onsite. Responsible for the implementation of Small Minor (Up to 1M GBP) AHC and Reliability Improvement projects through CAB and the maintenance expense budget. Responsible for Engineering project handover of new assets into maintenance care, through ensuring the provision of correct spares, planned maintenance regimes, documentation, and training is in place. Ensure maintenance input is provided into the Engineering Project design stage to reduce MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs As a leader in problem-solving, coach and lead other maintenance and operations associates to effectively solve complex problems to root cause.
