Manpower have an exciting opportunity in NG8 to join a fast growing business as a Customer Service Advisor!
Duties include:
1. Answering inbound queries via phone and email
2. Proactively solve problems and provide resolutions efficiently
3. Administrate returns, refunds and replacements
4. Process trade orders
5. Update internal systems
6. Provide high levels of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
About you:
7. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
8. Must be able to work to your own initiative to ensure customers needs are met and customer service remains high
9. Must have strong admin skills
10. Experience in a customer service based role is desired but not essential as training will be provided
11. Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
This is a full time role, working the hours of 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday and is office based in NG8, Bilborough.
Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 DOE
