At Retirement Village Groups, we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, creative and results-driven Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to be a part of our People Team. This exciting opportunity is based in our modern London Victoria office and plays a vital role in shaping the way we engage with our employees across our both our villages and our central function.
As our Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, you will be at the heart of driving impactful communication and engagement strategies. You’ll work alongside senior leaders and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and change. If you enjoy creating meaningful employee experiences through innovative communication campaigns and live events, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Communication: Develop a deep understanding of our company’s objectives and use that knowledge to craft compelling, clear, and actionable communications for employees at all levels
* Employee Engagement: Lead our annual engagement survey and Values Rewards Scheme, ensuring that insights are leveraged to drive positive change and foster a thriving company culture
* Campaign Leadership: Design and execute creative internal campaigns across multiple channels, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, tailored to engage diverse audiences
* Event Management: Take charge of our social activities and major company events, such as monthly socials, Christmas parties, and summer celebrations, ensuring they align with our company values and employee experience
* Data-Driven Insights: Lead the communication of survey results, providing the leadership team with the insights and tools to make data-driven decisions that impact the success of our business
* Digital Transformation Support: Guide the business through its digital transformation, helping teams adapt to new tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Viva Engage, and MS Teams
