Salary Details: BS14-18 BAR 19-21 (currently £24,358 - £25,435 BAR £25,743 - £27,603 pro rata) This is a 6-point extended scale with annual incremental progression. Qualifications: Applicants must hold a relevant minimum Level 2 qualification or have substantive office experience. A relevant Level 3/4 qualification is highly desirable. We are seeking an experienced administrator with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Recent experience in minute-taking is desirable, as is a strong attention to detail and excellent grammar and spelling skills. You should demonstrate initiative, possess an organised and structured approach to work, and have the ability to meet targets and deadlines. Flexibility, adaptability, and confidence in handling a variety of situations in a dynamic and evolving environment are essential. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide front-facing support to college staff, learners, and members of the public, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. This role is based on-site at the College in Haverfordwest. While the College has a flexible working policy, the nature of this role requires full-time attendance on the premises.
