Job Description:
We're looking to add a Contracts Administrator at Frontline, working out of our Chalfont St Peter office. This role will provide support to the Contract Portfolio Manager in the timely preparation and processing of Service Contract renewals. Key to this is a good eye for detail and being highly process-oriented.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Request and compile subcontractor quotes for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive, and remote support services from the network of Local Service Providers and Software Licence Suppliers.
* Ensure PO requisitions are promptly raised via the procurement team for service continuity.
* Manage the renewal process for in-house, subcontract, and software services; logging PPM hours and due dates, sharing licence files with the client and PES team for successful download, inbox management.
* Proactively track each contract renewal via the in-house system; recording progress, pursuing renewal orders, and communicating potential risk.
Success Criteria:
* Experience with Oracle, Excel, and SharePoint is an advantage.
* Strong background in Sales Administration or Contract Administration.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Proactive, self-starter, works on own initiative.
* Able to collaborate across all tiers of the organization to achieve goals.
