RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serve all customers in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times.
2. Ensure guests receive the highest standard of customer service at all times.
3. Be able to advise guests on all products available within the venue.
4. To promote a happy and welcoming atmosphere within the venue.
5. Keep the bar and public areas clean and tidy before, during and after opening hours and to undertake cleaning duties as required – paying particular attention to Health and Safety and COSHH Guidelines.
6. Maintain stock levels and rotation behind bars and storage areas in order to avoid waste and assist with stocktaking.
7. Ensure the bar area is adequately stocked with glassware, ice and lemons and other appropriate sundries in line with predetermined stock levels and business need.
8. Adhere to and follow all licensing policies and procedures.
9. Ensure all orders are dispensed and rung through tills using the prescribed Racecourse procedure.
10. Handle cash, stock and equipment in a secure manner.
11. Act as an information point for customers.
12. Record wastage in line with venue procedures and dispose of rubbish in line with any onsite recycling initiatives.
13. Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
14. Undertake other reasonable duties in line with business demands.
