Job Description:
This role involves managing the SIPP & Provider Administration team in Bracknell, performing managerial duties, supporting the Head of SIPP & Administration Provider, and managing a team of 5-6 members. Responsibilities include client interaction, relationship management, technical advice, system and process oversight, team performance assessments, and ensuring professional conduct in dealings.
Qualifications:
* Relevant professional qualification(s): CII Certificate in Pensions Administration (RO1 and FA2)
* Significant pensions experience in financial services or outsourced providers
* Knowledge of regulatory environment relating to SIPPs
* Experience managing a team and conducting appraisals
* Ability to communicate complex information professionally
