Audiologist / Senior Audiologist /Partner, London, 40,000-100,000+ OTE, full time.
New to the market an exclusive role to join a thriving retail and online hear care business with the opportunity to immediately enter the business at Senior / Partnership level where you will work closely with the current leadership team in an engaging mixed clinical / commercial and strategic capacity.
We offer a fully negotiable salary depending and incentive package based on experience designed to attract executive calibre applicants, along with the opportunity for rapid promotion to the Board level and full relocation expenses, if necessary.
Successful applicants will enjoy collaborating closely with the founder of this ambitious organisation with option to travel regularly to beautiful southern Europe or even possibly relocate long term if this appealed to the successful applicant! (NB, regular travel or relocation to Europe is not an essential condition of the role if prefer to be based fully in the UK)
Responsibilities will include formulating effective product strategies and identifying new sales channels as well as still undertaking some patient consultations in a unique hybrid role.
We are seeking a business partner with good industry knowledge and a determination to excel in the global market working as part of business model that aims to reach a wider audience of hearing loss sufferers and already boasts 15 years of high profits and an international customer base.
Key Duties
* Work flexibly in a hybrid role both remotely in the UK, face to face with clients and potentially also in Southern Europe if open to travel. NB, This is a new role that is being created within our exclusive client's operations so the successful applicant will need to be flexible in line with business' emerging requirements
* Contribute to the businesses clinical service assisting clients via thorough battery of hearing examinations and bespoke product recommendations
* Working proactively and with high level of detail supporting the business owners in their operational management of the business' online presence, website management, marketing / branding and general product offering
* Work with high degree of energy and enthusiasm to help facilitate the organisation's aspirations for further expansion on a global scale

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* Good experience of digital marketing and retail website management would be advantageous
* Must have prior knowledge of running own business or having worked at Sales Director, Operations Director etc within a hear care commercial business is highly desirable
* HCPC registered or eligible to registered as a Hearing Aid dispenser or BSc/MSc qualified Audiologist with strong business acumen
* Right to work in the UK and driver's licence preferred
* Greek speaking will be advantageous
