About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and inspiring SDR Team Leader to join our growing team. Based in Leeds with the flexibility of hybrid working, you’ll lead a team of talented Sales Development Representatives, driving lead generation efforts for our cutting-edge ed-tech SaaS solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and execute strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
* Manage and monitor the team’s sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow.
* Track performance, analyze data, and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need
* Previous experience in an SDR/BDR role, with 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring position.
* Knowledge of SaaS sales.
* Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
* A proactive, data-driven approach with a passion for building high-performing teams.
* Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
