CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with In-Scope Counterintelligence Polygraph
Location: Fort Meade, MD

Responsibilities:
1. Support the development, review, processing, and execution of signature reduction plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
2. Maintain knowledge of established signature reduction plans to support current and future operations.
3. Prepare and deliver signature reduction training to enhance unit readiness.
4. Perform organizational, individual, and operational due diligence in accordance with DoD policies.
5. Evaluate the sustainability of the unit's signature reduction Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
6. Develop responses to signature reduction requirements and taskers, engaging with related organizations for support.
7. Support daily management of signature reduction Operation Security, including maintenance and tracking of program items.
8. Track and maintain accountability of review tasks within the current database system.
9. Data mine the requirements database to support analysis.
10. Manage data, maintain files, and create reports, briefings, and information papers.
11. Conduct briefings and participate in staff meetings as needed.
12. Update procedures in response to new policies and regulations.
13. Develop and deliver training materials for all personnel, including new hires.
14. Coordinate with supported units via meetings, email, or phone.
Required Experience:
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
Education:
Master’s Degree plus 12 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree plus 17 years of experience, with at least a portion of experience within the last 2 years.
