What is the opportunity?
As an SME Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in achieving Northridge's strategic plans to enhance wholesale unit stocking and dealer facility offerings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a credit environment!
Please note the successful candidate can be based in Belfast, Bristol or London.
In this role you will:
* Credit Analysis: Prepare and complete SME credit applications with detailed financial analysis, ensuring alignment with BOIUK Risk Appetite Statement and Credit Policies.
* Problem Solving: Identify, analyse, and resolve issues during credit assessments or other ad-hoc activities.
* Innovation: Drive improvements to current systems and processes for streamlined workflow.
* Compliance: Accurately report and document Compliance & Governance requirements, including ESG Risk assessments and KYC onboarding processes.

* KYC knowledge: Understanding of Know Your Customer processes.
* Credit experience: Previous experience within a credit environment.
* Relevant Qualification: Associated with financial analysis & credit risk assessment.
