Our client is one of the longest-standing providers of portable accommodation in the UK and is on the search for a Sales Manager to join their team! They are both profitable and have a reputation for looking after their employees.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
1. Handle in-bound enquiries, to take them from an initial lead to a concrete requirement ready to be quoted
2. Attend trade shows to develop relationships to generate future enquiries
3. Make visits to customer premises to promote product range
4. Enjoy face-to-face customer engagement
Your Skills and Abilities:
1. Willingness to travel when needed to visit customers
2. Previous experience in modular buildings, ideally offering a bespoke solution
3. Knowledge of modular buildings sold within Education, non-clinical Healthcare, and the provision of modular buildings across most sectors (manufacturing, waste, utilities, councils, local authorities, etc.)
4. Solid commercial experience in nurturing initial leads into proposals worth quoting for
