Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies
* Manage supplier relationships
* Negotiate contracts and agreements

* Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage supply
* Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations
* Deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Category Manager' should have:
* Experience in procurement and category management, ideally within the Protein/ Meat industry.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Proficient in the use of procurement software and tools
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
