Order Processing Administrator
Location: Clevedon
Full time: Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3pm
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000 (DOE) + Company benefits including Private Health Care, Bonus Scheme, Dental Care, Pension Scheme and more.

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an Order Processing Administrator to become part of their dynamic and supportive team. Daily duties will include:
1. Being the point of contact between the client and the customer.
2. Accurately create and process incoming orders, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with client specifications and technical requirements.
3. Update and manage order databases with precision.
4. Work closely with the logistics teams to confirm product availability, lead times and order requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Excellent administrative and communication skills (verbal and written).
2. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work.
3. IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (SAGE200 would be beneficial but not essential).
4. A basic understanding of engineering principles is desirable but not essential (training will be given).
5. Great communicator and a team player.
