Job requirements
Payroll Administrator to provide a high quality payroll service to clients and customers.
Hours: Flexible up to full time 35 hours per week
Location: Home and hybrid working with 2-3 days in the Chichester office.
We are recruiting a Trainee Payroll Administrator to provide a high quality payroll service to clients and customers.

We will count on you to:
1. Take responsibility for quality and accuracy of payroll administration and reconciliation for designated schemes.
2. Be organised to minimise risks of incorrect information by effectively managing your workload.
3. Process Payrolls in accordance with Payroll cut off schedule.
4. Support your Team Manager and other team members.
5. Ensure PAYE reconciliations are completed on a monthly basis in preparation for EOY submissions.
6. Demonstrate professionalism and organisation when in contact with auditors including responding to data requests, escalating queries where necessary.
What you need to have:
1. Good computer literacy including MS Office.
2. Good numerical skills and a logical approach to problem solving.
3. Good level of education in Maths and English.
4. Good customer service skills, including verbal and written experience.
5. An attention to detail and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
6. Previous experience in either a payroll, finance or banking institution environment.
